No. Mediglobex is strictly an in-clinic appointment booking platform. You book a slot online, then visit the doctor in person at their clinic. We do not offer video consultations or online diagnosis.
We take verification very seriously. Our Mediglobex team manually reviews and verifies every doctor's credentials and medical registrations during the onboarding process. Doctors are only granted access to the application and shown on the platform after they successfully pass this verification.
You can cancel your appointment through the app. Please note that rescheduling is not available. Cancellation rules are shown at the time of booking, and refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within the stated timeline. We collect only the data needed to book and manage your appointment — such as your name, contact number, and appointment details. This is shared with the doctor and clinic you book with. We handle all data in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can request access, correction, or deletion at any time by contacting our Grievance Officer.
